KLM Airlines / Care-E
Partnering with BBDO and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Slanted Studios helped bring the future a little bit closer to the present. Care-E is a robot with a big heart and an even bigger load capacity—which comes in helpful when carrying all of your luggage!
To bring Care-E to life, Slanted worked through the concept, design, and animation of the carrier's face. After sorting through design and motion tests on our in-studio rigs, we settled on a face that kept Care-E friendly and ready to help at a moment's notice. Now, whether scanning barcodes or waiting for travellers to get back from the restroom, Care-E's blinking eyes are cute enough to make even the grouchiest frequent flyer smile.
